Fitt Camp is a high energy, high impact fat burning class that combines cardiovascular conditioning, muscle toning, and strength training into a fast paced 1 hour work-out, twice a week.
Fitt Camp has been specifically designed with all body types and fitness levels in mind. You will utilize your own body weight as well as bands, dumbbells, balls, body bars and more to facilitate and challenge you.
