We Transport our 1 hour, Exercise-Friendly, Exciting Workouts to where you Live, Work, and Play. Our Secret ingredient is that we Play Live Music Occasionally.

We would love to bring our SOULfit ™ Workout to your Facility. We will make this an Easy and Convenient Process. Our SOULfit ™ Workout can be an added Amenity to your Apartment Complex or Home Development. Our SOULfit ™ Workout can be a component of your Employee Health and Wellness Benefit program within your Company. Additionally, you can have your Local Church Group, Sports Team, Book Club, Social Hangout Crew, or even your Business Networking Group get together for a Shared Fun Fitness Experience. (A Minimum of 10 persons per Group is needed to start a class.)
