Coach Fred was Born and raised in Long Island, NY. Fred, as of date, has twenty years of intense dynamic dancing on the NYC house music night club scene. Eleven years of law enforcement experience, fifteen years of producing fun exciting events, four years of sharing, result-based fitness programs for his personal training clients. Additionally, Coach Fred has three years of helping, and more important, advancing the youth of Long Island with their academic studies. He also prevented some of these, at risk teenagers, from joining Gangs and he taught them to stay away from other destructive temptations.

Coach Fred (da dancer) has been privileged to experience plenty in his short time on this earth, which gives him a well rounded view on life.
