Born in Michigan in the psychedelic 60's, Vicky has always been a hippie at heart. She grew up to go to college for 'business', and ended up playing with computers as the PC was invented. Getting out of school she found herself selling those same computers, and learning the sales ropes with everything from retail to Fortune 500 companies.

When selling computers became a volume game and the small companies selling them could no longer survive, Vicky found her way into computer support for many years, doing everything from system setups to network support, again for everything from individuals to large companies.

This eventually led to creating a website for hobby purposes, and that led to her starting a business creating websites and doing online marketing for small businesses. This continued for 15 years.

In 2008, Vicky decided that she was finished with being overweight and out of shape, and decided to DO something about it. After losing 50+ lbs, she met Fred Blango, at that time a personal and group trainer in the Raleigh area. She offered to trade website design skills for personal training and her association with SOULFit was born! Three months later, she is now not just doing the SOULFit website, but also helping create the sales staff that will create classes all over the US, and soon all over the world!

Having been transformed from a chubby couch potato who only exercised when forced, to a fitness maven who now works out 6 hours or more a week, Vicky is a huge believer that you too can get SOULFit!!
